A Trade is a final trade as it has been executed from your login panel which is handed by Tri-fy and payment has been subtracted for a similar trade.

As trade is done anytime by your login panel, no refund or exchange or cancellation will be permitted. You and solely you're answerable for the info provided by you for purchase. Tri-fy isn't responsible for any purchase by incorrect information handed by the client. therefore it's solely you who must use caution before putting any order.

You are responsible for the mobile phone number you provided/entered or the DTH account number used to purchase the prepaid top-up and any charges resulting from those purchases. Tri-fy is not responsible for prepaid top-up purchases for wrong mobile phone numbers or DTH account numbers or wrong data or toll card information. However, if money has been charged by your card or bank account and recharge isn't delivered within 24 hours of completion of your transaction, then you can inform us by email to our customer service.tri-fy@gmail.com.

The tri-fy team shall investigate that incident and if it's found that money was charged by your notecase or bank account while not delivery of the recharge then the money is going to be reimbursed to you within seven operating days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be attributable to your Tri-fy wallet account. 

If the service is handled by the third party and a refund is involved, it will be processed according to the schedule provided by the third party and you're delimited by the terms and conditions of the refund or refund policy of the third party. 

No interest is collectible on the Tri-fy wallet on the offered balance worth /amount/ payment mirrored on the Tri-fy wallet. 

Just in case we tend to receive a cancellation notice for a service order from you at intervals 24-Hrs after placing the order and if the order has not been processed by us, we are going to be happy to cancel the order and refund the complete quantity to you at intervals seven business days. We are going to not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed by us.

Who is eligible for a refund?

Money will be refunded if the payment is successfully added to the wallet balance but the user is still unable to use the Services.

Refund procedure for Franchisee freights?

 If you register with Tri-fy but do not use the Services in any way or in any way, Tri-fy will not be responsible for the refund in any way. Any amount paid once for the product/panel will not be refunded under any circumstances.
